· Weekends off and no late nights (8-hr shifts)

· A team that supports each other

· CE and other training/learning opportunities

· Newer and better equipment that helps make our job easier/more efficient

· A management team who listens to their staff and acts upon requests

· A team of 2-3 DVMs who love teaching and helping their techs grow

· Overflow is at the discretion of the medical team

· Drama free environment (well, as much as we can – everyone has a bad day now and then)

What our expectations are:

· Have at least 1 full year of experience (required)

·Must have or have applied for RVT license

· Be open and honest about your skill level

· Have a desire to learn and improve your skills

· The basics of the job (IV catheter placement, blood draws, anesthesia monitoring, patient restraint, x-rays, dentals, etc.)

· A passion for Veterinary Medicine and helping dogs/cats

· Ability to “roll with the day” – we schedule in a way that is sustainable but we all know that emergencies will come in etc. We work together as a team to get it done with as little stress as we can

About us:

· A team with a variety of experience levels

· Humor, music and food keep us sane

· Great community and clients. We do not tolerate verbal abuse and have no problem firing clients who don’t respect us and the difficult, but important, job we do
